This gorgeous machine is an old Oliver pattern maker’s lathe- build primarily for cutting wood, but with the accuracy of a metal lathe. It’s huge: roughly 8 feet long, and weighs nearly a ton.

We’re so close to getting the main power line connected to our space. On Saturday we hung most of the 2 inch outdoor electrical conduit. We’re also about to start hanging the plumbing and sewage pipes in the basement.
